The Omega 3’s in TheraTears Nutrition are derived from highly refined fish oil obtained from anchovies and organic flaxseed oil. These sources are likely to have lower levels of contaminants and toxins than other sources of fish oil such as marlin, tuna, or swordfish.
Active Ingredients: Vitamin E 183.0 IU, Fish Oil 1600.0 Mg, Flaxseed Oil 1000.0 Mg, Omega-3 Fatty Acids 1200.0 Mg, Mixed Tocopherol Concentrate 20.0 Mg, EPA- Omega-3 Fatty Acids 450.0 Mg, DHA – Omega-3 Fatty Acids 300.0 Mg, ALA – Omega-3 Fatty Acids 450.0 Mg. Inactive Ingredients: Gelatin, Glycerin USP, Soybean Oil, Purified Water USP.
Directions: Take TheraTears Nutrition exactly as directed on the label, or as prescribed by your doctor. Do not take it in larger amounts or for longer than recommended.
